This is not about the card, is about respect. She then said if you are not happy I’ll call my manager. I said I don’t need you manager because I don’t want to ruin tonight. She still called her manager and said loudly that I am a upset customer. This is not the attitude when you trying to solve the problem. This staff is not qualified to facing customer as she is not listening not caring not even cares. She is ruing your reputation and I will not come back to Genting anymore even I had so many good memories here because she easily destroyed all the rest of your staff’s hard work! Shame on her.
Been a member for many years, tonight I used an electronic macinhe. Bet £5 on red, red came up and the machine didn't PAYE. Will never go here again
We really enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. Great central location. Staff were friendly and professional. Lobby and bar areas were very nice, comfortable and stylish. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Decor in rooms dont match the lobby style could do with a bit more colour. Tea tray was ok, would expect speciality Glasgow casino coffees and coffee machine for price of the room. Missing dressing gown but rang reception and this was quickly rectified. Breakfast was self service, we prefer being served, but what we had was all good quality, tasty with plenty of choice, liked that we was offered a different choice of eggs cooked fresh and pancakes.
Went to watch the AJ boxing match.. good atmosphere and the hostess with blonde hair was terrific!!! And the food we ordered was amazing, tasted great and brilliant value for money!! The only ????????would be the service at the main bar.
But I can honestly say this is one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. The cooked breakfast was hot, tasty and quality. And the selection available was great (even crumpets!). Good coffee too (and available 24 hours a day).
This was the venue for my organisation's annual conference. It was easy to get to from the city centre. It's a nice looking building and spacious. The toilets were clean and l had a lovely time in this place.
Spa facilities were good , pool is a good size, hot tub needs attention button is stuck down and difficult to get going. Changing rooms were OK, good size lockers, shower curtains need washing or replacing as they had black stains, lots of hair around on floor and on the sides. Parking at hotel is good but a little expensive I think was 27.00 for 24hours.
It really is a fantastic hotel ???? amazing location we were there to visit the symphony Hall we didn't even have to go outside to get to the hall there is a connecting bridge from hotel..... wow ...
Worst branch of Genting I have ever visiting. The staff members are very rode and not at all welcoming. Seems they do not want the guests to play at all and just want to sit idol.
